Triund Trek
The most popular weekend trek in Himachal Pradesh. Starting from McLeod Ganj, the trail climbs through oak and rhododendron forests to a breathtaking ridge under the sheer face of the Dhauladhar range.

Indrahar Pass Trek
The definitive high-altitude pass trek across the Dhauladhar crest. Originating from McLeod Ganj and continuing past Triund and the glacial amphitheater of Ilaqa Got, the route ascends steep boulder moraines and the famous Lahesh cave (3,500m) before tackling a grueling climb over steep stone steps and snow gullies to reach Indrahar Pass (4,342m / 14,245 ft). The pass connects Kangra with the Ravi river basin in Bharmour.
Kangra Fort & Masrur Rock Temples
Kangra Fort, perched on a precipitous sandstone spur at the confluence of the Banganga and Manjhi rivers, is the oldest surviving fort in the Himalayas and one of the oldest in India, tracing its roots to the ancient Katoch dynasty and the Mahabharata Trigarta kingdom. A short distance away lie the Masrur Rock-Cut Temples (8th century), an extraordinary monolithic temple complex carved directly out of a sandstone ridge, reflecting classical North Indian Nagara rock architecture.
