Sonprayag to Gaurikund, Trek to Kedarnath
Take a shared taxi from Sonprayag to Gaurikund (1,982 m). Begin the 16 km steep trek to Kedarnath. Arrive at the temple town (3,583 m) by evening.
Kedarnath Darshan and Trek down to Gaurikund
Early morning darshan at the Kedarnath Temple. Enjoy views of the Kedarnath peak before trekking down 16 km to Gaurikund, and taking a taxi back to Sonprayag.
